For example, if you request a screen replacement, only the screen will be replaced, and no other components will be serviced. A-Z Wireless is not responsible for any damage to your device that occurs before, during, or after the repair, including but not limited to, damages to other parts, loss of data, or any software issues. We make no guarantees regarding the condition or functionality of your device beyond the specific repair requested.
It is your responsibility to back up all data on your device prior to repair. A-Z Wireless will not be liable for data loss or software issues. Any further repairs or services beyond the agreed scope will not be performed without your written consent and a separate estimate.
